This 14,500 SF Chicago office build-out transformed a conventional commercial space into a highly customized workplace with bold, eccentric design features and a strong brand-driven identity. The project required close coordination between design vision, construction execution, and furniture planning to ensure the finished space felt creative, functional, and cohesive.

The project team oversaw the design approach, construction planning, field execution, and FF&E package from concept through completion.
