The project approach focused on turning a bold design vision into a functional, buildable office environment. Early planning centered on aligning the client’s creative goals with the realities of construction, budget, schedule, and long-term workplace use.
Because the space included eccentric design elements and a coordinated FF&E package, the team managed the design, construction, and furniture planning as one connected process. Specialty finishes, layout decisions, lighting, millwork, furniture selections, and field execution were coordinated together to avoid gaps between the design concept and the finished space.
The result was a highly customized office build-out delivered with a balance of creative execution, practical coordination, and workplace functionality.
